Sabar Health – Home Hospital is the largest home hospital service in Israel and is considered the largest physician-based home hospital in the world, caring for over 1,200 patients at any given time (Israel's 2nd largest hospital). Sabar health was established in 2005 by Dr. Ron Sabar, a Family and Palliative Medicine specialist, based on the belief that the safest, calmest, most natural environment for patients is their home.

Hospice and Palliative Care – Sabar Health’s Hospice and Palliative Care cares for patients coping with terminal illnesses, focusing on palliative care, wellbeing and pain management. This service also includes emotional support for the patients and their families. Each patient is assigned an internal medicine doctor and a nurse, available to the family 24/7. Sabar Health also assigns a social worker to each hospice patient, to help both the patients and their families cope emotionally and socially, as well as realize their legal rights with the authorities.
Home Acute Care and Internal Medicine – short term patients following a single hospitalization (or in lieu of such hospitalization). These patients need a focused, several days long complex treatment, and are overseen by physician and a nurse. The physician devises a personalized care plan according to each patient’s needs. The team also treats complex patients, pain management and chronic wounds.
Home Rehabilitation – providing post-hospitalization care including Orthopedic Rehabilitation (hip/knee joint replacement, automobile accidents, etc.), Neurological Rehabilitation (following a stroke or brain injuries/ surgery), and Reconditioning, to help improve and restore functioning in reconditioned patients. Psychiatric Care at Home – An intense care service for mental health patients, aimed to shorten institutionalization and prevent the “revolving door” of recurring hospitalization while maintaining continuity of care. A Sabar Health team, comprising of a psychiatrist, a psychiatric nurse, and a social worker, takes full medical and psycho-social responsibility for the patients and works to help them regain their daily routine and reenter their community.
