In most cases, they experience a dramatic deterioration in functioning and require assistance in strengthening muscle mass, return to daily activities and more. This process, known as <strong>deconditioning<\/strong>, is complex and longterm, and the most comfortable way of conducting it successfully is at home, supported by the multidisciplinary medical staff accompanying the patient and his family in the deconditioning process at home, and is available to them 24\/7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A personalized treatment program is devised for every patient. The treatment team comprises a <strong>permanent staff<\/strong> &#8211; a physician specializing in home rehabilitation, a nurse, a social worker, and a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team as required.
